2. Membership Tier
Based on your consumption or deposit amount, you can apply to become a REINA MORA member or VIP, enjoying corresponding points benefits and exclusive privileges.
2.1 How to join:
Membership benefits:

3.1 Membership information
Qualification period starts from June 1 to May 31 of the following year (if the new member/member upgrade occurs before January 1 of the current year, the membership validity period shall be calculated according to the current year, that is, the validity period shall be until May 31 of the same year; If it occurs after January 1 of the current year, the membership is valid for the current year and the next year).
3.2 Membership upgrades
Upon qualifying to the next higher tier, the remaining accumulated qualification points can be extended to the next membership qualification calculation period.
3.3 Membership tier re-qualification
In the event the spending points do not qualify the requirements of the Tier qualification during the validity period, upon the new qualification period, the next lower tier level will be provided based on the accumulated points or basic tier membership whichever is lower
3.4 Reporting card loss or change of particulars
Provide valid personal ID to authorised REINA MORA stores for updates and reports
* Member Exclusive Discount: Member Exclusive Discount is shared with store activities, except for special offers below 60%
3.5 Points awarding system
1. Points Included：Settlement Amount of 10 RMB =1 points (Excluding special offers, purchase special offers can be added to the membership);
2）Points Award
① Awarding of 10 points equivalent to 1 RMB spending which can be use in subsequent purchases of products, gifts, custom jewellery as an equivalent cash redemption
② Special offers items cannot be entitled for points redemption award use.
③ Items purchased using points redemption will not be considered for spending points accumulation
④ In the event if the points are not sufficient to purchase the item in full price, the additional cash payment made to make up the difference can still be included in the points accumulation consideration
⑤ Points cannot be exchanged for cash or deposit.
⑥ In the events of returning the purchased items for any reasons, the redeemed points will not be refunded
⑦ Redemption points are based on a single member account, it cannot be transferred or combined with other accounts
⑧ Unless specified. redemption points cannot be used to purchase special offer items.

- Voucher Distribution Platform: Vouchers are distributed via the official WeChat account. Store employees will display the coupon QR code for targeted distribution.
